Shoalhaven Labor is proud to announce the launch of its campaign for the 2024 local government  elections, with a strong and experienced team of candidates committed to delivering positive  change and progress across the Shoalhaven community. The official tickets for each ward have  been confirmed, reflecting a diverse group of individuals with the skills, passion, and vision to lead  Shoalhaven forward into a brighter, more sustainable future.  

We’re confident that this team has what it takes to drive the progress our community needs,  ensuring that Shoalhaven continues to thrive for generations to come.

Shoalhaven Labor is dedicated to fixing and maintaining our roads to the highest standard. We are  committed to the ongoing maintenance and upgrading of council assets, ensuring our infrastructure  meets the needs of our growing community. 

2. Council Management and Finances  

Our team will ensure skilled, experienced, and balanced financial management, promoting  collaboration and cooperation within the council to ensure fair and transparent decision-making  processes. 

3. Community Service and Engagement  

Labor will work to improve the council's customer service and enhance community service delivery  and infrastructure. Labor is committed to streamlining processes for community organisations to  undertake projects. Actively listen to and delivering on community needs, while maintaining  Shoalhaven's unique character and environment. 

4. Job Creation and Economic Growth  

Shoalhaven Labor will prioritise the creation of job opportunities for locals, focusing on sustainable  and high-quality project delivery that benefits the entire community. 

5. Leadership and Governance  

Electing progressive leaders who uphold core values and provide effective leadership is at the heart  of Shoalhaven Labor's vision. Our team is committed to protecting the environment and heritage  while ensuring that development is sustainable and aligned with the community's needs and  aspirations.
